Maybe its the winter doldrums, maybe its because there is uncertainty with the city's economic prospects, maybe its just me...but, people seem to be just a step behind. As Congressman Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. used to say, "Keep the Faith, Baby!" and as Tupac Shakur said, "Keep ya head up!" Just do it! (Y'all know Nike says that one) Yes, We Can!
